How to make a indian dishes Papaya Sambharo

What is material used in recipe example:

  1.  1 cup grated raw papaya
  2.  3-4 chopped green chillies
  3.  1/4 teaspoon of musterd seeds
  4.  1 pinch asafoetida
  5.  1 pinch of turmeric powder (optional)
  6.  1 tablespoon of oil
  7.  Salt to taste
  8.  2 tablespoons of water

What is material used in recipe in baking:

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick or thick-based pan over medium heat. Add musterd seeds to it, when it is fried add a pinch of asafoetida.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  2. Add green chillies and fry for 1/2 minute. Add grated papaya and salt to it. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  3. Add 2 tbsp water, mix well. Cover it and cook on low flame for about 4-5 minutes until the papaya is slightly crispy. Keep stirring in between to prevent it from sticking.                                                                                                                                                                                     
  4. Add turmeric powder to it and mix well. Switch off the gas and take out the prepared sambhara in a serving bowl.
