- 1 kg very small ripe mangoes
- 250 grams of salt
- 100 to 150 grams of dry red chillies
- Asafoetida 200 grams Raina Kuria

- First of all, wash the mango.
- Then cut it and keep it filled with salt.
- Add so much salt that the mangoes are completely submerged in this salt water.
- Take out the mangoes when they are completely soaked in salt water.
- Put dry chillies, asafoetida and rai curia in
- the salt water that has come out.
- Grind the mango slices in this prepared masala.
- This pickle lasts up to two years even if it is not put into pickle.
