Desi Tawa Burger
- 2-3 tbsp oil, 1 small butter cube
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 finely chopped ginger
- 3-4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- Finely chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped capsicum
- 1 tsp pavbhaji masala
- 4 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 100 grams of cheese, burger bun
- Red chilli powder, chopped coriander
What is material used in recipe in baking Desi Tawa Burger?
STEP-1: Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a pan, add little butter, add 1 tsp cumin seeds. Add 1 small piece of finely chopped ginger.
STEP-2: Add 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves. Add 1 finely chopped medium sized onion. Add salt as per taste. Fry well till golden-brown.
STEP-3: Add 1 finely chopped medium sized capsicum.
STEP-4: Add 1 tsp pavbhaji masala and mix it. Add 4 finely chopped medium sized tomatoes. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
STEP-5: Next add 1/2 cup green peas. Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup (for mild sweetness). Add 2 boiled and mashed medium sized potatoes.
STEP-6: Add 100 grams paneer and mix it well. Turn off the heat and add chopped coriander
STEP-7: Take a burger bun. Apply butter. Add the stuffing in between and cover it. Heat oil and little butter in a pan, add finely chopped garlic.
STEP-8: Sprinkle pavbhaji masala and red chili powder. Add chopped coriander. Toss the burgers in this seasoning.
