  1.  4 pieces of roti
  2.  Coriander mint and green chilli paste
  3.  1/2 cup gram flour
  4.  1/2 cup curd
  5.  1/2 spoon cumin seeds
  6.  According to sweet taste
  7.  1 spoon of sugar
  8.  1/2 spoon asafoetida
  9.  1/2 spoon coriander cumin powder
  10.  2 spoons of oil for frying
  11.  1/2 spoon of rye, 1 spoon of sesame seeds
  12.  pinch of Haldi, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
  13.  Neem 5 to 7 leaves
  14.  3 red dry chilies
  15.  Brown sugar and lemon juice as per taste
  16.  Coriander for garnishing

What is material used in recipe in Making a बची हुई रोटियों का पात्रा?


STEP-1:   First make a paste of chillies, mint and coriander. Then take gram flour. Add salt, turmeric and curd, sugar to it and prepare the batter.  


STEP-2:   After the batter is ready take the roti and apply it on it and then roll it and then steam it. 15 minutes on low heat.


STEP-3:  For steam, you put water in a vessel, then put a stand on the bottom, put a charari with rice on it, arrange the roti and cook it on slow flame. 


 STEP-4:  Bake for 15 minutes.


STEP-5: Then turn off the gas and let it cool down and then cut it.


STEP-6: Put oil for cooking and add rai, neem, asafoetida, red chillies, cumin seeds, then add cut potatoes, add turmeric powder and lemon juice and brown sugar, if needed you can add red chillies and salt.


STEP-7:  Add sesame seeds to make it slightly crispy and cook for 2 minutes. Then garnish with cilantro. And enjoy with tea. Looks very good for breakfast. Or can eat in high tea and light dinner.
