What are the basic ingredients needs in making Mint Jaljeera ?

  • Dill Leaves - 1 bowl
  • Ginger - 1 Small piece
  • Amchoor Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Chanchal - 1 tbsp
  • Coriandr Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • White Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies - 4
  • Water - as required
  • Roasted and ground cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Jaljeera Powder - 1 tbsp

How to make a Mint Jaljeera easy recipes steps

Step-1: Add coriander leaves, cumin leaves, ginger , green chillies, dry mango powder and salt and grind them in a mixer.


Step-2: Mix this chutney in a jug of water, add sanchal, asafoetida, roasted cumin, jaljeera powder and mix.


Step-3: Allow this water to stand for 10 minutes, strain it through a sieve and sprinkle some cumin powder on top.


Step-4: You can also use lemon juice instead of dry mango powder.


Step-5: Serve in a glass and enjoy.
