Steamed kesar sandesh ingredients
- 400 grams of panner
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 15-20 Kesari saffron Threads
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 2 small spoons of pistachios
- 1/2 tbsp cardamon powder
- 1/2 tbsp of rose water
- Apply 1/2 tbsp of desi ghee on the container
How to make Steamed Kesar Sandesh recipe
Step - 1: Mix panner, milk powder, sugar, milk in a mixer so that it becomes smooth. Mix saffron in the rose water.
Step - 2:Add a little cardamon powder too. Apply ghee to an aluminum container and take mixture. Sprinkle pistachios and almonds on top and steam for about half an hour.
Step - 3:When the edges start to come off, cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step - 4:Then cut into desired shape and serve.
