Steamed kesar sandesh ingredients

  • 400 grams of panner
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 15-20 Kesari saffron Threads
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 small spoons of pistachios
  • 1/2 tbsp cardamon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of rose water
  • Apply 1/2 tbsp of desi ghee on the container

How to make Steamed Kesar Sandesh recipe


Step - 1: Mix panner, milk powder, sugar, milk in a mixer so that it becomes smooth. Mix saffron in                          the rose water.

Step - 2:Add a little cardamon powder too. Apply ghee to an aluminum container and take mixture.                          Sprinkle pistachios and almonds on top and steam for about half an hour.

Step - 3:When the edges start to come off, cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step - 4:Then cut into desired shape and serve.
