What are the basic ingredients in making Aam Panna ?

  • 4 Raw mangoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 spoon of fennel
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2-3 cardamons
  • 8-10 black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 25-30 leaves of mint leaves
  • Ice cubes water as needed

How to make a Aam Panna easy recipes Step by Step


Step-1: So to make aam panna, put 2 cups of water in a cooker and take out a piece of mango stalk and add salt as per taste and boil for 2 minutes.


Step-2: After it is boiled, separate the peel and the pulp of the mango.


Step-3: Now put cumin seeds, cardamom, black pepper in a pan and dry it and keep it ready in a bowl.


Step-4: Take 1 spoon of fennel in a bowl, add water and let it soak for 10 minutes.


Step-5: Add cumin seeds, cardamom, black pepper in a mixer jar and grind once. Then add mango pulp, salt, soaked fennel, peeled and chopped ginger and grind it again in a mixer jar.


Step-6: Now in the same mixer jar, add salt and sugar and grind it again.


Step-7: You can keep this mixture in the freezer for 10-15 days.


Step-8: Now when you want to make this panna, take 2-3 spoons of this mixure in a glass and shake it with ice and water.


Step-9: Delicious sour sweet and cold aam panna is ready.
