- Maida flour 500 grams

- Ghee 125 grams

How to make a Rajasthani Mathari easy recipes Step
Step-1: To make Cumin and Mint paste first take a bowl and sift flour and semolina in it well. Also break the chives and soak them in water so that the chives are cleaned well.
Step-2: Then add all the other ingredients like semolina, fenugreek, cumin, salt, ghee, cumin etc. and mix well. Now add some water to the flour and knead it properly.
Step-3: Then keep the dough aside for 20 to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, when the dough has set properly, make uniform balls out of it.
Step-4: Now roll these balls into round puri shape and keep aside.
Step-5: Then put ghee in a pan and keep it aside to heat, you can also use oil instead of ghee. Now put the pan fried puris one by one in the pan and fry them well.
Step-6: Now take out all this mathari in a plate and keep it to cool.
Step-7: So your sweet mathari is ready. Now you can serve it with tea or coffe and enjoy Mathari.
