How to make Rajasthani Garlic Chutney

What are the basic ingredients in making rajasthani garlic chutney?

Making Rajasthani Garlic chutney:

  1. A Cup of garlic
  2. 2 to 3 pieces of crushed ginger
  3. Kashmiri Red Chilli
  4. 8 To 10 amli
  5. Two black pepper
  6. Oil
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. salt
  9. A green chilli

How to make a Rajasthani Garlic Chutney Step by Step 

Step-1:    To make Rajasthani Garlic Chutney, first peel the garlic.

Step-2:    After the garlic swells, take it in a mixer jar.

Step-3:    Now peel the ginger and chop it.

Step-4:    Take the ginger slices in a mixer jar.

Step-5:    Then add ginger, garlic, black pepper, red Kashmiri Chilli, green Chilli, Tamrind and 

                cumin seeds in the mixer and grind it once.

Step-6:    Then add one to two spoons of water and stir again.

Step-7:    By doing this, a nice snooth paste will be prepared.

Step-8:    Take a pan and take oil in it.

Step-9:    Then you can put cumin seeds in this oil if you want.

Step-10:  Now add the smooth paste and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step-11:  Take special care that the gas flame should be kept very medium at this time. A gas

                flame Do not keep fast.

Step-12:  This sauce has to be stirred continuously.

Step-13:  Add salt to this sauce and mix. 

Step-14:  Don't forget to add tamarind in this chutney. If you want a taste like proper

                Rajasthani then you add Ambali Khas, Doing this will make the test fun.

Step-15:  Rajasthani Garlic Chutney is ready.

Step-16:  You can store this chutney up to a month. 

Step-17:  Adding amli changes tha taste of the chutney and makes it delicious.

Step-18: This chutney looks delicious when you eat it with Bhakhri-Rotli.
